The first stage drama ‘Anuddharaniya’ was staged on September 21, 2019, just 2 months after the establishment of Anuswar. The inaugural exhibition of the play was held at Nilima Ibrahim Auditorium, Natak Sarani. The play is based on the story of Buddhadeb Basu and directed by Mohammad Bari. The fourth exhibition of the play was held at an international drama festival in Duliajan, Assam, India. At present, the play is being staged regularly in different stages of the country.

Anuswar’s next stage play is ‘Mulya Amulya‘. Mohammad Bari adapted and directed Asit Mukherjee’s ideology based on Arthur Miller’s ‘The Price’. The manuscript of the play was read for the first time on February 26, 2020. However, due to the global epidemic Corona or Covit 19, the rehearsal of the play was stopped. The online rehearsal of the play started on May 4. Outbreaks appear to be exacerbated during this time, when coronaviruses are less common. The inaugural staging of the play was held on 7 November at the National Theater of Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy with the invited guests.

Anuswar’s 3rd stage play ‘Tinkarri’ started on November 18, 10 days after the inaugural staging of ‘Mulya Amulya’. The play is written by Mahbub Alam and directed by Saif Sumon. The play was inaugurated on 12 February 2021 at the Nilima Ibrahim Auditorium, Natak Sarani.
