July 25, 2019. Theatre group ‘Anuswar’ was born in the need of time, in the journey of time. On that day, 25 explorers unanimously declared, “People’s liberation, secular human society and worship of beauty is our dream. This dream is really human. Primacy of human beings is what you will discover in this journey of our drama.”

Our Mission & Vision

1. Produce stage and street plays regularly and arrange for their shows.

2. To stage drama by original, translated, adapted and dramatic forms of poetry-story-novel.

3. To organize various workshops for the excellence of the actors and backstage members of the team.

4. Organizing various types of theatrical lectures, seminars and symposiums.

5. To organize national and international level drama festivals at special times.

6. Participate in drama festivals at home and abroad.

7. To develop social education, consciousness, thinking, civilization etc. through drama exhibitions or drama arrangements.

Executive Board

1. Anuswer will have a board of directors with 5 (five) members which will be called the Executive Board.
2. The name of the head of the executive board is ‘Team Leader’. Besides, there will be 1 (one) ‘Executive Secretary’ in the board. The remaining 3 (three) members of the board will be considered as Secretary.
3. The total number of members of this board will be limited to 5 (five).
4. The executive board will decide and manage the overall affairs of the group.
5. The members of the executive board will be present at the meeting and will discuss, give opinions and take decisions.
6. Decisions taken at the meeting should be recorded.
7. The Executive Secretary shall convene a meeting of the executive board under the direction or permission of the team leader.
8. Executive Board meetings will be held at least once every 3 (three) months.

The structure of the Executive Board will be as follows:

1. The team leader will serve as the head of Anuswar.   2. He instruct or give permission to the Executive Secretary to convene the Executive Board or General Meeting.   3. He will preside over the executive board and general meeting.   4. All decisions of the team will be taken in consultation with the board.   5. In the absence of team leader the executive secretary shall act as team leader. In the absence of the team leader and the executive secretary a member of the executive board nominated by the team leader shall act as team leader.
1. Executive Secretary will be the executive head of all the activities of the group.   2. Will fixing the date, time, place and agenda of the group meeting as per the direction or permission of the team leader.   3. In the absence of the team leader, the executive secretary will conduct the activities of the group.   4. In the absence of the Executive Secretary, the team leader shall act as one of the nominated executive boards member.   5. If there is a need to take a policy decision, he will convene a meeting of the Executive Board and take a decision as per the advice of the Board.   6 . Exchange letters on behalf of the group.   7. Will present the work report of the team at the Annual General Meeting (AGM).   8. Will also fulfill all the responsibilities of office, publicity and publication.
1. Serves as designer and design consultant for set and props.   2. Plan and oversee the design and publication of team posters, souvenirs, brochures, leaflets, banners, and festoons.   3. Approves and oversees the decoration of the drama's premiere shows, festivals and special events.
1. With the approval of the Executive Board, will formulate and oversee plans to enhance the excellence and efficiency of the team members.   2. Will plan, organize and conduct activities such as induction, in-house workshops, reading sessions, movie watching, nature workshops, thematic lectures, debates & inclusion of the primary members of the group.
1. Maintain the accounts of all the money of the team.   2. Make arrangements to maintain all types of financial accounts.   3. Arrange to deposit money in the bank and withdraw money from the bank.   4. Twice a year (June and December) the team will report to the executive board.   5. Present the annual financial report of the party at the Annual General Meeting (AGM).   6. Will manage the team box office.   7. Paper and online advertising for group shows.

Only those with whom Anuswar has been established or started the journey will be considered as 'Founder Member'. The following 25 (twenty five) person are founder members of the group-   1. 1. The members included in the executive board will be considered as executive member.   2. They will duly discharge their responsibilities assigned to them by the Executive Board.
1. Members who regularly participate in group activities will be considered as active member.   2. If someone becomes irregular or inactive in the activities of the team, his name will be removed from the list of active member. The Executive Board will take a decision in this regard.   3. Active member will be able to participate in the annual general meeting (AGM) and provide feedback.
1. If the group needs new members will be recruited through workshops & considered as Primary Member.   2. Those primary member whose within 1 (one) year overall activities will be considered satisfactory will be listed as active members with the approval of the Executive Board.   3. The executive board can decide to take any experienced and special expert theatre person in the group in case of need of Anuswar. In that case he can be listed as a primary member or active member as per the decision of the executive board.
1. Among the founders and active members who are unable to participate in the regular activities of the team will be referred to as General Member.   2. If one of the general member rejoins regular activities of group, he will have the opportunity to become an active member again.
1. The well-wishers, benevolent and patrons are included as Friendly Member of the group subject to financial grant.   2. They are given a friend card for a period of one year. In exchange for this card a ticket is reserved for him at each of the show of the group.   3. A joyous gathering will be organized with the friendly member at least once a year.   4. They do not have the opportunity to participate in any organizational or regular activities of the team.
